WordPress/PHP Developer

Department: Development | Number of Positions: 01

We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with the responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing new features and functionality
• Establishing and guiding the website’s architecture
• Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
• Helping formulate an effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelors
• 3 years minimum experience in working with WordPress and PHP.
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
• Experience designing and developing responsive design websites.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
• Very strong knowledge of developing in WordPress
• Candidate should have developed/adjusted WordPress themes
• Experience in WordPress performance optimization (frontend and backend). You should know how to get the high Google Page Speed Ratings.
• Experience with WordPress WooCommerce work.
• Work with Webservice APIs (REST, SOAP)
• Knowledge about Core PHP incl. features of the latest PHP versions

Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in contact with the brand team to make suggestions on developing a digital stagy.
• Guide the digital agency to create content on social media.
• Provide input on content and designer tools to ensure the content is insightful and inviting.
• Facilitated new digital marketing ideas for brand promotion and marketing objectives.
• Plan, execute and maintain social media campaigns.
• Address weaknesses and define Key performance metrics for the progress of digital touchpoints and other initiatives.
• Monitor the efficiency of both marketing campaigns.
• Stay up to date on the new best approaches and methods of social networking.
• To build a powerful network, connect with business leaders and influencers via social media.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelors
• 2 years minimum experience in working with WordPress and PHP.
• Working knowledge of relevant tools including; Google Analytics, FB ad manager, Google Search console etc.
• Hands on experience of executing multiple digital campaigns.
